Minçavi is a Quebec company that was founded in 1984. For 27 years, Minçavi helps people concerned about their weight and healthy eating. It allows women and men to learn to eat healthy than it is to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. To do this, Minçavi put on a dynamic approach and a balanced food program that adapts easily to family and social realities of today.
